Summer reading challenge

Summer Reading Challenge 2016

The Big Friendly Read is the summer reading challenge theme for 2016 at Wokingham borough libraries. This is part of the Roald Dahl 100 celebrations.  Children can read whatever they like – fact books, joke books, picture books, audio books. They just have to borrow the 6 books from the library.   Every time they finish a book they'll receive a collector’s card to put into a special collectors folder.  When they've read 6 books they'll receive a certificate and a medal for completing the challenge.

The challenge will run from Saturday 16 July 2016 to Sunday 11 September 2016.
