Cllr Ian Clarke

I have lived in Ryeish Green since 1965 and have been a Parish Councillor since 1985. I have served on all the committees during the years and was Council Chairman from 2003 – 2013.

I became a councillor in order  put something back into the community and over the last 3 years have started the Pride in our Parish project, the start of this is the planting of daffodils around the Parish.

I am also chairman of the Voluntary Car Service which is run out of Spencers Wood Pavilion. I am married to Dawn and we  have 3 children and in my spare time I like to watch football and cricket, bowl, travel, tend the garden and spend time with our 7 grandchildren.
