Update: On behalf of the contractors undertaking work at the Basingstoke Road / Church Lane junction, I would like to advise interested parties that the start date of the planned closure of Church Lane on 23rd May has been temporarily delayed. Once the new start date is confirmed we will advise affected parties by letter drop as well as providing an update to Shinfield Parish Council and the www.southofm4.com website.
the Basingstoke Road end of Church Lane will be closed to traffic from Monday 23rd May for around five months. The section of Church Lane between the junction and the entrance to the Shinfield Allotments will only be open for local access to properties within that area.
