Following the publication of the Notices of Casual vacancy, the above by-elections have now been called and elections set for Thursday 11th December 2025.

By-election – Nomination Process
Please contact the Elections Team if you are interested in standing for election.
Nomination papers can be found on the Electoral Commission website. Please ensure you complete the correct nomination papers. If you are unsure, contact the Elections Team.
Nomination deadline – 4pm Friday 14 November 2025
Nominations will be accepted from 10am on Friday 7 November 2025. The deadline to submit a completed nomination will be at 4pm on Friday 14 November 2025.
Nomination papers must be hand delivered to Electoral Services in person at the Civic Offices, Shute End, Wokingham, RG40 1WH. They will only be accepted between 10am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Please make an appointment to deliver your papers by submitting a web form or by emailing vote@wokingham.gov.uk
