From 1 April 2026, all committee paperwork is published in an accessible format. As scanned signed PDF minutes are not suitable, the accessible minutes are not formally signed; however, they remain the official record of the meeting.
All committee meetings are open to the public and press, although legislation permits their exclusion during consideration of commercially sensitive information or personnel issues.
All Committee Meetings are now held at the School Green Centre unless stated otherwise.
