Another very successful volunteering day was held on Sunday 19th November at Deardon Orchard.
The remainder of trees were given a supply of mulch to help them establish themselves and some were straightened and supported with stakes.
Thank you to all the volunteers who dedicated their time to help. Special thanks to Steve Arnold from Tree Solutions who took the lead, and Matt Knight and his band of volunteers from the charity Freely Fruity, who are going to keep an eye on the orchard going forward.
