If you need extra support on polling day, please speak to a member of polling staff so they are aware of any adjustments needed to enable you to vote. They will be wearing ‘Here to Help’ badges to help you identify who is working at the polling station.
Dont forget your ID
Accepted forms of photo ID include:
- Passport
- Full or provisional driving licence
- Blue badge
- Certain concessionary travel cards, such as an older person’s bus pass or an Oyster 60+ card
- Identity card with Proof of Age Standards Scheme (PASS) mark
- Biometric Immigration document
- Defence identity card
- Certain national identity cards
- Expired ID will also be accepted as long as the photograph on the document still resembles a likeness of the elector.

Poll Card
The poll card gives details of when and where to vote. You must go to your allocated the polling station. You do not need your poll card to vote. You just need to give your name and address and valid form of ID to the staff on duty.
