Following the consultation process, the Council have decided to proceed with the renewal of the fitness equipment which will move over to the corner where there is currently a half basketball court.
Coming Soon MUGA
The moving of this equipment will then free up space for a Multi Use Games Area (MUGA) and a planning application for this is currently with Wokingham Borough Council. The MUGA allows for sports such as five a side football and basketball and is primarily intended to appeal to older children although it will be available to all.
