Shinfield Parish Council Statement on Oakbank Ofsted Report January 2025

Shinfield Parish Council (SPC) were provided with a full briefing on the latest Ofsted Report for Oakbank school on Friday 17^th January. A copy of that briefing document and other relevant documents can be found on the links shown below.

The actual Ofsted report will be shared on our website when formally released by the Department for Education.

SPC’s concerns remain those enshrined in the education policy adopted in November 2024. The first item in that policy is:

“Shinfield Parish Council seeks to ensure that good quality local education is accessible to all the parish’s children throughout their school years on an equal basis to that of children throughout Wokingham”

We will continue to work with WBC and all other parties to help achieve that objective.
