Extension of working hours Shinfield Studios

Wokingham have agreed to extend the working hours above those originally stated for Shinfield Studios. As you may be aware, the Government set out within two Ministerial Statements in response to the Covid pandemic requirements for Local Planning Authorities to allow greater flexibility with regards to construction hours. Given the reasonably isolated nature of the site together with access to the site (which is agreed to be through the Science Park and not directly passing any residential dwellings), in line with the guidance, we have agreed to extend the hours until the 30th of September to the following:

 

07:30 – 21:00 Monday to Friday

07:30 – 19:30 on Saturdays

No working on Sundays or Bank Holidays unless otherwise agreed by the Local Planning Authority as set out in the decision notice for 210387.
